For this project we were tasked to provide a mixed-use building with the intent to have a retail store and laundry mat on the first floor. Now with the other two floors there will be 18 apartments with either being a one or two occupant apartment with there being a common room on the second floor for residents. Additionally added to the building were elevators, mechanical rooms, and janitor closets. The building was built to the Town of Islips building code. The building is also ADA compliant and as well as the site.
